My father is a 70 year old man. He has smoked for about 40 years and lastnight he had a fever of 102, coughing and the discharge was yellowish white mixed with trace of blood, and the left side of his chest hurts when he coughs. What is the possibilities that he may have? What test would he might need and why? how would you treat him?
