Two night ago, i performed oral sex for the first time with my boyfriend. The next day I noticed the muscles in my throat were sore. When I woke up today (two days later) i noticed my throat hurt worse and looked at it. I have red spots on the sides of the roof of my mouth in the very back. Is this a sign of an STD or is it a result from sucking too hard and too long?
