I had a small sharp pain in my throat. I was taken in for surgery do to a tubal pregnancy. Since the surgery two years ago the back of my tongue has been swelled and I still have that sharp pain, as if I was being cut in the throat on the inside. I have seen several doctors and have been put on antibiotics several times. I've been told its my lingual tonsils and theres really nothing I can do. In any case it swells and is very painful from time to time. It also blocks my breathing sometimes at night. What should I do?
