seen dr.was given strep test and blood work ,everything came back negative, but still have sore throat,tightness in throat.dizzy..liteheaded.sick feeling

Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy),
Even the strep test is negative you can still have sore throat.Most of the sore throat are caused by viruses not by a bacteria so called strptococcus.You are dizzy probably because the virus has affected the inner ear which has to do to protect your balance.It is possible that you are little dehydrated.
So take a lot of liquid .
Take motrin or ibuprofen or advil tablet as prescribed on the package.
Use some sore throat lozenges.
