I have trouble swallowing due to what seems to be lodging in the throat. It has been this way for about 30 hours. Is it possible that the larnyx can twist causing slow breathing and blockage? I have tried to realign the larnyx but it fails everytime to rid of the lodging. I have conducted several sweeps in the throat and forceful vomitting but nothing is in there. Can you help?
