My 44 yr old aunt is currently in a burn unit fighting for her life and they do not know what it is...she appears sun burned from head to toe, no fever to speak of and has been put on a resporator, she is swollen (110 lb appearance to 180 lb appearance). She shows small white spots in her lower lungs on the xrays, her throat and urinary tract was effected also. First guess was TENS, then SJS, now they are think possible scarlett fever. Any best guesses?
