I have had an extremely sore neck and swollen nodes on the right side for 1 1/2 weeks and now swollen right inner cheek and very sore throat with swelling on the right side and the skin next to the glottis? is going almost to the midline on the right, closing some of the airway, but not the other side. I also have bleeding on the back top of my gum from a sore spot. I have tried to research this and it sure seems like I am having symptoms of ludwig's angina. I currently do not have a fever, though. Is this something I should get treatment right now for or can it wait until tomorrow? Thanks for your help.
