I was clearing my throat and then I hacked really hard and this off white clumpy round object flew out of my mouth. It looks like a white brain and it smelled really bad but my throat felt really good after that. What is that white compact object I hacked out? My friends has it too but she coughs it out very often while it only happened to me once.
