I was just eating fish (bass) and I felt strange. My ear starting itching, I got a little wam and I started to have a hard time breathing i forced my self to throwup and when i did blood came up. I'm feeling better now but should I go to the doctor because I threw up blood.

Chances are you have a tear in the blood vessel of the throat or esophagus. Some can heal on their own, but with the description of vomiting and because you had this reaction as well, I would be seen or at least perhaps call your doctor. If you are still having the itching and feeling warm, then I would skip talking to your doctor and just be seen.
