Hi a couple days ago I started having some neck pain and a lump appeared on my neck behind my right ear. The lump has gone down in size but my neck still feels a little sore and there are other little small bumps in a row underneath it. Yesterday I had a headache and this morning I woke up with a sore throat and a fever. Do you think the bumps are related to my fever and throat..like are they my glands or do you think it is something more serious? Will they go away on their own even if it is caused by my throat or do I need medicine to make them go away and if I dont need medicine, about how long should it take for them to go away? Should i be concerned that it is a more serious problem like a cyst?
