I have a constant ringing in my ears,Which I have had since Phnuemonia 4 weeks ago.Also accompaning sleepless nights.

If it's due to being sick or if it's a separate issue you would need to see your doctor. Preferably an ENT (ear, nose, throat doctor. This could indicate Tinnitus

You can try getting some lipo-flavonoid which is known to help with this.
