my son who is 3 has a fever.. he also has lumps in his neck just got done with a round of antibotics... his cheeks and chin are red... his fever is running anywheres from 99.5 to 102.0.. mostly up in the evening...tylenol has been given... but does he need to go to ER or can he wait till monday??
