hi. for a while now i have been thinking that i smell cigarette smoke all the time. this concerns me because i am not around smokers nor am i a smoker. what could this be?

Perhaps you have a sinus infection. Do you have any other symptoms?

no i don't have a sinus infection. i am feeling perfectly normal in every way other that with my odd sense of smell. that is the only thing i seem to be smelling more frequently.
