Headache, very sore mouth with tiny white dots on tongue, upset stomach.has lasted 6 weeks. Diagnosed a viris, yeast infection, acid reflux, and finally as 'I really don't know what you have'. Three doctors so far. I'm about to lose my mind with the constant pain. Female, age 70. Any other ideas.

Already Tried:
Nystatin, Stomatitis mouthwash, and Chlotrimazole (10 mg troche

Have you had your sinuses tested? You may have a sinus infection which would cause sore mouth due to the acidity of the drainage from your sinuses. This will most likely increase after you've been in bed for the night as the secretions will drain into your throat and mouth when you are laying down.
