every year about this time I get airritated throat .The gland in the this tender to the touch. Ihave this problem every year. It becomes hard to swallow.Is there anyway to prevent this ? Because I'm tired of going to the doctor for the same thing every year only having to repeat it the next .Besides my insurance won't cover me in my home town. So it comes out of my pocket.
