The past 3 days I've been experiencing hammer pounding headaches (minus today), sore throat, white bumps on back of tongue, when I swallow it hurts the left side of my throat up through the inside of my left ear. I have no stiff neck or vomiting. The first day I had a slight fever. Not that this is related but I also have a red mark with a small bump in the middle on my right forearm that doesn't itch but hurts when I push on it. Someone help diagnose me.
