i am a 20 year old female. currenly i have on my throat white spots and on the right tonsil i have like a brownish, blood spot. i am really woried i can hardly swallow i came to notice yesturday, there was no spot of blood. after i tried cleaning the white spot on right tonsil now theres that spot. what is this? should i really get worried
