I have a lump in my throat that i can feel and i have been abnomally tired a lot. I recently had a baby 8 months ago and have had hair loss and dental damage ever since. I had a ultra sound done of my tyroid but it was normal. Can you please give me an idea of what the lump could be and why i am so tired.
