I have a 12 yr old daughter w/ a 102.7 temp, dizziness and ...

I have a 12 yr old daughter w/ a 102.7 temp, dizziness and achy legs. No nausea. I am giving her Advil alternating w/ Tynenol and pushing fluids. Is there anything else I should be doing or worried about? Poor baby, today's her birthday to boot! Thanks, Julie G.

She says her throat is a little scratchy, however, no ear pain now. She did complain about ear pain for about 3 days in a row last Thur. Fri and Sat.. We stopped at a drugstore and got her some ear plug stuff for when she swims. She swims a lot. Thx.

Hello

As she Has Been Having a history of ear pain.And she swims a lot .These make me suspicious that there may be some focus of infection in ear itself .So she Needs Examination of Ear By Otoscope from a E.N.T specialist to look for any inflammation of Tympanic membrane and any antibiotics if he considers as per the ear examination.
