For some reason, everytime I do sit-ups about an hour or two later I end up with a bad heart burn. I know its a heart burn because it feels as if heat is in my throat and chest and rolaids help to relieve it. But, I really need to do the sit ups because my stomach swells and I look as if I am 4 or 5 months pregant, the sit-ups seem to help me not swell as much. Any Suggestion at all would help.
