i have had a sore throat for 4 days now, it feels like an open wound, everytime i try to swallow it feels as if somebody was putting a needle through my throat. the extrange thing is that i do not have any cold symptoms. i got my tonsils removed a long time ago, can you please help me?, should i go to the doctor?. thanks alicia
