After the first night of spring break in Key West i woke up with numerous small bumps on the palms of my hands (non-itchy) as well has a sore throat/cough/nasal congestion. Ever since then the bumps come and go as well as the sore throat (they are usually worse after drinking). The night before these symptoms first ocurred i did not have any type of sexual contact with anyone but i was in an enviroment that was warm and probably not the cleanest....Im just wondering what the problem might be. The doctor said i have post nasal drip and said the bumps were folluculitis but i read that folluculitis doesnt occur on the palms of your hands.
