yesterday my throat started getting sore to the touch on the outside to the touch, and inside when swallowing or turning my head side to side. Only on the left side. I do not have a fever nor any white puss in my throat. My tonsels are not swollen, but my neck is from back of my head to bottom of my neck and down to my shoulder. Ihave a light cough that is productive of yellow sputum, not green. I am a 36 year old Male.
