I have red dots on my glottis and a few on the roof of my mouth by the glottis. My throat feels dry on the right side and my ear, throat and neck are just a bit sore. I am 36 and quit smoking a year ago after 15 years on and off. The spots have been there for months and have not seemed to change. Does this seem like somthing that could be an infection as my doctor thinks. She didn't seem to concerned and dismissed it each time I have asked? I did get a mono and strep test that both came back neg.
