the back of my neck and head are really scrtchy and it feels like the inside of my throat is itchy. my right hand is really puffy and i feel like im loosing my breath am i having a reaction or somthing

It does indeed sound like an allergic reaction.

If you are having difficulty breathing call 911 now or get someone to get you to an ER.

What are you allergic to?

Did you eat or drink anything just prior to the itching?

Have you been bitten by any type of insect?
