MY daughter has been sick since last Thursday. It started with her throwing up and saying her throat was really hurting and running a fever around 102. I took her to the doctor on Firday and he diagnosed it as coxsackie virus and gave a sucker to help with throat pain. I started to feel ill on saturday evening, just weak and achy. She threw up again on saturday night still complaining of throat pain etc. On monday she had gotten a bit better and I worse but I had no throat pain mine was more allergy type symptoms which I used benadryl to help treat. Tueasday she was better. By Tuesday I had cold like symptoms. Today Thursday We are both running a fever approx 101 - 101.5 she acts fine, but I have pain in my neck and head feels very stiff, and just generally feel horrible. This just isn't acting like you a typical cold in either of us. I wondered if I need to be more concerned or if any suggestions could be made. Thank You
