Question

throat swelling

Sent to Health Experts September 01, 2006 8:16 p.m.

hi i just went to my internist yesterday. What has happened is i had bronchitis/sinus infection-got on z pak antibotic, cleared up most of the way(no color in mucos/its just clear now) but this would be the fourth day now. My throat feels like it may have a small pea size lump in it, and feels like my throat is narrowed. My ear hurts, and the inside of my tongue hurts, but you see nothing when you look down throat with regular light from doctor and nothing on the inside of my mouth, thats noticeable. The dr. said my glands were swollen, and that i may just still have allergys acting up, cuz my sinus's stay stuffy but are clear in color. I take nasonex for it. But the problem is..i cant eat solid foods, when i do, i can feel like i have food stuck in my throat, then it makes me throw up what i have eaten-due to the food being stuck. I dont feel real sick other wise. I will go see my dr. monday if not well, but was wondering could it be something besides glands. And if so what/ as the dr. said if not better he would look into other things more serious. thank you for your help
