My granddaughter has sore in her mouth and has painfulswallowing with a very foul breath and temps from 100-105. Is this strep throat?

Hello

Painful swallowing, Fever,Bad breath,congested throat could suggest possibility of pharngitis with tonsillitis.

This can be either from a streptococcal or viral.You should consult a paeditrician for throat examination .
