While I sleep, I got dizziness when I turn to either side.

While I sleep, I got dizziness when I turn to either side. When I got up, I felt dizzy, nausea, exhausted and had to go back to bed.

Already Tried:
I went to the doctor and the doctor prescribed nose spray for allergy I currently have and alivert for ear infection.

No this is the second day. Yes, the room spinned.I took alivert like i said after going to the doctor.
