why does my sinuses and the top of my mouth pulsate?

This could be related to your ears or throat as well as they are all connected so this could be possibly not just be related to your sinusus. It could even be related to infection in your teeth and gums so if they did not look at your ears and throat they should consider this as well. If the top of your mouth is pulsating as well.
