It feels like something is stuck in my throat and it is causing throat and chest pain?

Try eating a piece of dry toast. Also, if it is phlem (mucous) then you could "break it up" with some cola, preferrably coke or Dr. Pepper because they seem to have the most fizz.

Reply to Mia's Post: I don't have access to bread and I don't think it is phlem. I took my medication before I went to bed and it feels like the pill is stuck there.
