I have been having neck soreness, back soreness, and a congested feeling for the past couple of days. The neck and back soreness is unlike any I have had before, not worse, just different. I have also had a bad headache off and on during this time period. I have taken over the counter pain medicine and it helps for an hour or two then the pain just comes back. I do not have a fever or dizzy spells. Any thoughts on what might be going on with me? I am a 45 year old female. It's worrying me because of the strangness of the neck and back pain.
