My neck / throat mussels on either side of my adams ...

My neck / throat mussels on either side of my adams apple seem very tight much like your collar of your shirt is too tight. Iam finding myself streching my neck from side to side to relief this . I do have acid reflux but it has not bothered me for a while how.There is no pain only tightness
