I have a sore on my lip that is circular with a red middle... its been there for about five days and doesnt seem to be getting any better. I also have a sore under my bottom lip which at first glance, I thought was a pimple, so I popped it, but now its circular and yellow resmeblimg the one on my lip. My throat is swolen and its hard to swallow. I looked im my mouth and discovered white sores in my mouth and a small circular red on my gum that is just like the one on my lip. Does this sound like Herpes? If not, what could it possibly be?
