15mths old baby has very high temps and woke with swollen eyes.

my baby went to sleep and awoke with very high temp and swollen eyes. her throat is soar cause she wont eat and i am finding it hard to get fliud in her. i have 8 kids and can handle most things. the swollen eyes worry me.
