Nothing I am doing is promoting weight loss. I go to the gym 4 days a week, walk my dog and take part in dog sports... I am watching what I eat, and have recently started taking Relora... I get discouraged when I don't see results and end up binging from the added stress and depression, then I am more depressed cause I failed myself... I don't have a thyroid problem.. what can I do?
