ok my name is amanda and for years now I have had trouble building mujscle, I walk daily and have in the past 2 or 3 years have added weights, i bought a weight vest(40 lbs) and i have ancle weight i wear as well.. But it just seems that i either maintain, or decrease when i tend to workout more.Could it be im working out to much, is the trick to train less frequent? or could it be something relatred to a high metabolism becasue i have been debating weather to go get cheked out for hyperthyroidism, because no matter how much i train/eat i tend to not gain muscle, or fat for that matter, and if i do it mainly stays in the same spots...my stocmach and hips...but even my parent have pointed out that for the amount i excercie daily(with that weight vest), i walk a 5- 6 mile radius by my house,, i should be way bulkier, but nothing seems to helpe... Do you have any idea?
