infection? menigitis? or thyroid problem?

i suffer from sinus rinuitis...and back on 3-30-
i had just recieved my first nerve block injection in cervical spine (neck) i know i was gonna be sore but the first two days i felt GREAT!
The weather was warm and windy and i had windows open too, well i rescured a very sick abandoned pittbull someone dumped out by my church the day of my injection. so i had him in the house with me tendinding to him, vet said he had gotten in something- possible chemicals he had an allergic reaction...face swollen paws burned itching red breathing trouble so on..( dont know if thats related) anyway took him out for bathroom breaks neighbors dog bite him lol ya it bite him...he is a sissy dog REALLY he's sweet. but i broke it up and got blood on me..i had a paper cut on finger too..(dont know if this is even related) ok from that point on i started getting sick, first sore throat from sreaming at dogs to stop fighting and horse and next day i lost voice for 5 days....then came the fever and body aches and sinus pain and pressure and weird pains in knees and cold calves and neck were injection was swelled up huge ...i do suffer from migraines but my med's didnt even help i had to keep ice on my neck and heat on my back and knees and had to start wearing over the calf socks to stop the leg pain...and foot pain ( i have plantar fassiitis ,fallen arches , heelspurs too...)about my throat it stayed red and swollen with tiny bumbs and white patches on it and felt like carpet when i swallowed.. well 2 weeks when it didnt go away and family doc was booked i went to urgent care, they said it was strep infection- gave me z-pk anti-biotics for 5 days and cortisone shot for allergys(something i usually get once 3 months if their bad) take singular daily..ok    2 wks still their but pain was gone but still had white patches and carpet feeling tongue and metal taste in mouth. so went to see family doc , he was out so i seen his partner, did a swap(throat culture - no strep but it was a bacteria and gave me a pink mouth wash to gargle with...i ask for antibiotics he said no.. went 2 more weeks still there...had a follow up and seen reg doc. but night before i started gargling with half and half water and peroxide so next day white stuff was gone but still red and bumbs and swollen and now my teeth hurt - sincitive to cold and the bad taste is worse.. i told him i suspected menigitis at first cause of injestion but i really was leaning toward candida, he said that (CANDIDA) was HOGWAS didnt exsist. i have lost 17 lbs since all this and my legs look like jello...all gusshy he thinks its mold or cats im allergic to ....also u should know when i was first hurting and couldnt get in to see anyone and husband was out of town for a week and i couldnt leave that new dog i took some old medicine i had from an episode i had last summer with allergys that i never took ( hoping it would get me through until i could get to doc or husband came home and could get to er...a pack of oral corticosteroids which helped immencly with my facial pain and body pain ( my neck stiffness decreased also).....also i use a nasal spray daily-flonase....but u should know these facts too when reading this ...around the same time all this happened they came out with a generic spray-fluticasone propionate...also started new meds fairly close to time ( i doublt they have anything to do but just incase...topamax for migraines, celebrex for arthritis, cymbalta for pain and depression....

It would be helpful if you could state a specific question.... you have a lot of medical issues and it would be easier to reply online to a couple of specific queries,
