I am having some haelth problems that i think are realated to my thyroids. I have been having symptoms over a month now. They are as followed: I get hot, dizzy, headaches, blacking out for a second or so, my thyroid glands are swollen, I think, and now my stomach is cramped up( it feels like it is in a tight ball), I cannot tolerate the heat as well as i once could, and i have been having problems with my weight(gaining), Im going to the Dr. soon, but I feel a lot of pain in my stomach at this time.

Some of the symptoms you report could be related to hyperthyroidism (over-active) - the heat intolerance, feeling hot and dizzy.
The weight gain would NOT be consistent with hyperthroidism. In hyperthyroidism people LOSE weight.
Weight gain can be however associated with hypothyroidism (under-active) - however in that case I would expect you to have cold intolerance.

Dizzy and blackouts are concerning - and I would agree with the need for you to see a physician for a complete physical examination and some testing. It is very difficult to give a good idea what is causing these various symptoms without a physical exam, some lab tests, probably an EKG. I do think it is reasonable to check your thyroid function as part of that workup (TSH and a Free T4)
