WHile it is difficult to be sure without a physical examination, two things come to mind...
Bilateral lymph nodes (supraclavicular group), or a thyroid enlargement.
The easiest way to check for a thyroid sweling is to see if the swelling moves while swallowing (since thyroid swelling generally moves with a swallowing movement)
Lymph node enlargement can be due to many causes including infections, inflammation, auto immune disorder like sarcoid,and other rare and serious causes like leukemia, lymphoma, Cat Scratch Fever, AIDS etc.
I would like that you consider getting evaluated by your physician to find the exact cause of your swellings,
