I have been experiencing nasseau, vomiting, stomach back and side cramps that cause me to double over. My stomach contantly feels upset (flipping and turning) but mostly just a constant hurt (not diarrhea). This started just after my last period. It actually stopped and then the next day I noted some spotting but none since then. Any idea what is happening. Also, I guess it is important to note that I have an inactive thyroid - 125mg of Synthroid per day
