I had a period in june, but it only lasted about 4 ...

I had a period in june, but it only lasted about 4 days, I completely missed my period in July, and I took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago and it was negative, however I have been having alot of symptoms of being pregnant, such as feeling tired all the time, frequent urination, slight constipation, slight nausea every once in a while, what could be the cause of this if I'm not pregnant, or do you think I should definatley see a doctor to let them take extra measure's to see if I am?
