if she has inflamatory bowl disease what are the treatments? if she has the cnacers then is there no hope what about diabetes or thyroid are they treated with meds? so do Ihave to go have these test run to find out?

tomoprrow I am geting fromthe vet food for sensitive stomach and I have started her on the yogurt plain. she drinks a lot of water I jsut kep her dry food available so she can eat when ever since she goes to the poty so much, I do not give her anythihgn else as the vet told me not to tho she begs when we eat or she smells food.
