I've had diarrhea for 3 weeks. I just had a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago, my colon is healthy. What can cause diarrhea other than IBS or any of the other things that generally cause diarrhea. In other words, could diabetes, liver problems, thyroid or could it be a system of some desease in another major organ?

Yes there are numerous other causes.

What colour is your diarrhoea - is it tending to float or sink in the pan?

Have you had an infectious cause ruled out?
