I have intermittent shaking in my hands and arms, have lost 10 or so pounds on my upper body, and my hair has been falling out very badley, I am a 47 year old female, no birth control and no hormones being taken, can you please tell me what this might be?

You can get your thyroid hormones T3 ,T4 ,TSH checked.
