I was just wondering if there could be something wrong since I have the following: I am always hungry. If I go too long with out eating I get dizzy and feel the need to eat right away. I eat a lot. People are always surprised how much and often I eat considering I'm still pretty thin. I'm 5'2" and approx. 108lbs. I get a lot of headaches, frequent urination, always cold, and often tired. Could this just be a nutrition thing. I don't really watch what I eat.

Hi

Glad to help. Sorry I was not able to respond eralier, my computer was down. Lets talk about it. A lot of the symptoms that you mentioned occurs when
you have an imbalace in your thyroid hormone production. Some of the symptoms you mentiones are associated with a condition known as hyperthyroidism, in this contiotion you experience increase in appetite but you dont gain any weight. However, it is usually
not asscoiated with excessive urniation, this is sometimes associted with early signs of Diabetes. Don't be alarmed , I'm not saying that you have Diabetes or
hyperthyroidism but it seems that what you have, could be related to it. (these syptoms are usually not related to malnutrition)

What you need to do now, is first make an appointment as earliest possible with your doctor so that he can take some blood test and exams to see if in fact it is related to your thyroid or any diabetes risk.
If by any chance it might be related to any of these, don't panic or be too alarmed, there are treatments for these conditions and you can still go on living a healthy life. For now, pay a visit to your doctor, a 1-2 hour visit will go a long way in giving you peace of mind and helping you live a long and normal life. There are always doctors and nurses standing by to help you in any way they can.

Take care. If you have any questions please feel free to reply here.

I hope this helps.
