Can you help me choose a diet pill?

I am on thryroid and blood pressure medicine. I am very concerned about my weight. Is there a safe diet pill that I can take to help me without adding to the thryroid and blood pressure strain?

however you may try to use ORLISTAT (Alli) in conjunction with your physician and regular check up of your BP/ thyroid profile.
