i have a brain injury. from my brain injury i have epilepsy. since my injury i am always tired. drs. say that being tired all the time is symptom. since i have been cleared to go back to work when i get my license back in 2 months , i am very grateful. i'm always tired and i don't know why. is there anything i can do to make this feeling of being tired all the time go away or anything i can do to make this better. what causes me to be tired all the time and how can i fix this problem or make it better, so i can go back to work?

And if you have had blood tests for hemoglobin , thyroid hormones and blood sugar?

ritalin--10mg 2x when i wake up and 1x of 10mg in the evening

ranatadine--2x daily

had my thyroid checked like 5 months ago my neurologist said it was normal

no test for hemoglobin or blood sugar
