Im a smoker of about 20 years give or take...over the last SEVERAL months i have had a feeling like if you were to swallow a large pill and it didnt go down like it should...It has been a constant feeling and now it has gotten alot larger it is now painful and im spitting up something white and foamy.. I also am having a little difficulty with swallowing and breathing is a little painful near the lump.....i sometimes have the feeling like im getting a sore throat and hoarsness and sometimes my right ear hurts a little...(just bad enough to notice it, not severe) Any advice would be appreciated...Thanks, Lisa

Reply to Pauline's Post: I recently turned 37...The lump seems to be down my throat right in the center but slightly above my chest bone...And it feels like it tries to go down with whatever i am swallowing but it immediately comes right back to the original spot.....I am on 50 mg of zoloft once per day....(.5) mg..of xanax once at bedtime and Benicar..20mg/12.5 mg hydrochlorathiazide...If you have any further questions please let me know and anything you can advise me of would greatly be appreciated...
