Again--I do think it is a Hormonal fluctuation problem:
Ask him to test your levels of:
- Estrogen
- Progesterone
- FSH
- LH
- TSH [thyroid]
Based on the exact levels of each--he should be able to put you on a [hormonal] Treatment regimen to fix the irregular bleeding.
I believe the BP problem is a separate problem--obviously, that should also be treated [by Internist or Cardiologist].
